Members are expected to contribute each week through a combination of taxes, raffle ticket purchases, auction bids, and donations.

Currently, AKTT does not have dues requirements. But we do remove people at the bottom of our contribution list to make room for new applications as needed. More information about this process is available below.

Our only requirement for now is that you do not go inactive for more than 14 days, and that you have contributed to the guild in the last 14 days. Contributing could mean selling items in the guild store, buying raffle tickets, buying auction lots, or donating gold to the guild bank.

Inactive accounts are removed first, and then non-contributing accounts will be removed on an as-needed basis with the lowest contributors going first.

Note that we have a weekly goal, currently 40k gold per member in total contributions. If we can achieve that, it gives us the funds we need to hire some of the top traders in the game. Members are therefore guaranteed to never be cut as long as they maintain an average of 40k per week (160k per month).

Life happens! Let an officer know in advance if you're going to be away for a couple of weeks. Extended absences without notice may result in removal to keep a spot open for active members.

Deposit gold into the guild bank and add 1 to the end of the total to flag it as a raffle purchase. Example: Depositing 5001 gold will purchase 5 raffle tickets.

As a bonus, you get 5 free tickets for every 25 purchased. Example: Depositing 55001 gold will purchase 65 tickets (55 purchased + 10 free bonus tickets).

We also have a High Roller raffle with a separate prize pool. You earn High Roller tickets by purchasing increments of 50 normal tickets. Example: Depositing 150001 gold will purchase 150 tickets + 30 free bonus tickets + 3 High Roller tickets.

Of course! You can earn some tickets by donating appropriate items for auction, or by participating in certain events. The easiest way to earn the most tickets without buying them is to donate valuable items to the guild bank. Note that donating items that the guild can't sell, like trask potions or gear, will not accrue raffle tickets.

High Roller (HR) tickets are earned automatically based on how much you spend on raffle deposits. You receive 1 HR ticket for every 50,000g deposited as raffle purchases. HR tickets enter a separate drawing with its own prize pool.

Tickets must be deposited by Friday at 8 PM ET each week. Any deposits made after the deadline roll over to the following week's raffle automatically.

No — winners are mailed their prizes in-game. You don't need to be online at draw time.

We try to hold an auction twice a month, on the first and third Friday of each month. Occasionallly we will have to cancel or reschedule, so it's best to check the Discord announcements regularly.

Currently, guild auctions take place entirely in game chat. The announcer will be speaking in officer mode, so please make sure your chat window is not filtering out officer chat.

There are usually up to 20 lots, and each lot consists of a selection of items. The lot name and number will be posted, followed by a list of the items within. Then a starting bid will be announced.

Bidding is in increments of 1000 or more for bids under 100k; above 100k the increments should be 5000 or higher. When bidding slows, you'll see the standard 3-count followed by SOLD and the name of the winner. NOTE: Bids are accepted in the order that they display in the chat window. For example, if a last-second bid and the SOLD message are submitted at nearly the same exact time, and the new bid shows up after the SOLD message has posted, it will not count! However, bids that come in before the SOLD mmessage will be considered valid and will reset the 3-count, allowing bidding to continue.

Winning bidders are expected to deposit the winning bid into the guild bank as quickly as possible. This allows the bid payment to be verified by the officers, and the items can be sent to you the same night.

ZOS does not have any mechanism for automated collecting of data. As a result, the only way to update the site is to log in, enter the commands to export the data via a number of add-ons, and then feed that data to the site. Obviously, this means that the site can only update when I can log in to the game and complete this task. When I'm unavailable to do this, the site may fall a bit behind, but I try to do it every day when possible, and if I can do it more often than that, I will.
